Hi! I'm Michelle, and I run Serendipity House with a focus on excellent customer service, fast shipping, and safe packaging. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Free Shipping on Orders $125+

We're proud to offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $125 – but only on eligible products. This includes:

• Transfers, inlays, stamps, and moulds from Iron Orchid Designs
• Decoupage papers
• Brushes and other lightweight items

If your order includes paint, furniture, or other heavier products that aren't eligible for free shipping, we charge calculated shipping based on the actual weight and size of your package. This ensures you're paying the most accurate price – no inflated rates.

How Shipping Works

Processing & Shipping Time: We generally ship via USPS within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, and every package includes tracking. During new product releases, shipping may take a bit longer due to volume, but we'll keep you updated.

Exceptions: We don't ship on Sundays or Federal holidays. Orders containing pre-order items or furniture will ship according to the timeline noted on the product page.

Your Shipping Cost: You'll see your exact shipping fee at checkout (before you enter payment info). If there's ever a miscalculation, we'll refund you the difference.

Special Requests

Need signature confirmation or UPS shipping instead of our standard carrier? Just reach out and we'll make it happen.

International Orders
