We pride ourselves in excellent customer service with fast shipping and safe packaging. We generally ship with 24-48 hours of receiving an order and include insurance and tracking. With new product releases, shipping may take longer due to volume.
The exceptions to this is a Federal holiday, Sundays, and orders that include an item listed as “Pre-Order” and for furniture. If you need your package to be signed for or shipped UPS, please contact us.
We charge a "calculated" shipping price based on the weight and size of orders. This ensures you're being charged the most accurate price for shipping. Your shipping fee will be calculated during check-out (before you enter your credit card information). If there is a gross miscalculation, you are refunded the extra.

FURNITURE PURCHASES: pricing does NOT include shipping. We are located in Southern New Hampshire and would be happy to work with you on arranging shipping to your home in the Continental US. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—we would be thrilled for you to have our functional art in your home.
