Meet Michelle of Serendipity House
Michelle is a lifelong collector of beautiful things & crafting, although she never dreamt this passion would serendipitously become her livelihood. In 2013, following a career in Children's Therapy, Michelle’s love for creating, painting, treasure hunting & antique craftsmanship lead Serendipity House to be born. She has a passion for people & their stories, especially for helping them take a leap of faith with a paintbrush & big ideas.
Michelle favors furniture painting, as it’s become her place to be lost & found all at once. Years of faux finishes & interior decorating for herself & others were the catalyst for furniture painting. Sooner or later, one runs out of house, but furniture is plentiful!
In July 2023, Serendipity House moved into their newly built shop at 22 Glebe Road/Route 9 in Spofford New Hampshire; a destination for curated furniture, curiosities, artwork, home decor, gifts & boutique DIY.
