Sweet Pickins Top Coat offers a completely flat matte finish. Perfect over milk paint to keep that “chalky” look. It is a non-toxic water-based finish that is mildew resistant and odorless. It dries to a clear, flat matte finish that will help protect a milk painted surface while preserving the soft, flat look of the paint.
SPMP Topcoat can also be used as a mixing medium for glaze or as a decoupage medium.
