Birds Decoupage Wall Decor Kit

Create a mini art installation with decoupage.  Kit includes one bird placement and 3 IOD wood Gallery boards in sizes 3 3/8 x 5 3/8, 5x7 and 8x10.  You choose your background color and add details for a hand painted look.
